Issue
In the Columns tab of the Sequential File stage (under the Outputs link tab) each column has an attribute called Incomplete Column. The default value of this in Server Jobs is ‘Error’ (0) which causes the job to abort.
This behaviour is not available in the Parallel engine Sequential File stage, where the default behaviour is to discard incomplete rows - the equivalent of the Discard and Warn action.
