S2PX handles the significant differences between the Server and Parallel data typing systems automatically. These differences require that the S2PX-generated Parallel Jobs use a number of new datatype conversion functions which are only available in the latest releases of DataStage. Without these functions your S2PX-generated Parallel Jobs will neither compile nor execute.
